Our Story
Holleman Village and Champions on Luther was a vision of 4 individual Aggies several years ago. With a partnership formed (Four Ags Investments) and the idea to build an upscale duplex community with the students in mind, the next step was to find the perfect parcels of land to build our duplex communities. Both Holleman Village and Champions on Luther sit on roughly 4 1/2 acres of land about one mile southwest of Texas A&M’s main campus.
After a couple of years of planning, site development, and designing the duplexes, Holleman Village was underway. 2006 was the first year we welcomed students to the community. A year later Champions on Luther was completed.
Holleman Village consists of 17 duplexes, 1 triplex, for a total of 37 living quarters. Each individual side offers 3 bedrooms and 3 bath units. There are 3 duplexes on Holleman Village (6 sides) that are one-story units and the rest are two-story units. Both one and two-story units are roughly 1,400 square ft.
Champions on Luther consists of 20 duplexes for a total of 40 living quarters. Each individual side offers 3 bedrooms and 3 full-size bathrooms. There are 6 one-story duplexes (12 sides) and 14 two-story duplexes (28 sides) on Champions on Luther. Both one and two-story units are roughly 1,400 square feet.
The duplexes at Holleman Village and Champions on Luther feature brick exteriors, tile floors in the living room, kitchen and dining areas with carpet in all bedrooms. Recently all the units on Holleman Village have been updated with granite counters and tile backsplashes in the kitchen and all bathrooms. We are currently in the process of changing out the counters in Champions with 25% of the units complete. All units at both properties have a private fenced backyard with a 10×10 concrete patio. Yard maintenance and pest control are included in rent as well as general maintenance.
